Marjorie made a day of it by also winning the stroke event and the putting. Second was Wilma Artery on a countback from Katie Graham.

On Wednesday, July 7, an 18 hole stroke event, the Monthly Medal and the sixth round of the WGNSW Medal will be held.

Wednesday, July 14, will be an Irish Ambrose event with trophies by Katie Graham. This should be a fun day as it is not like a conventional Ambrose event.

On July 21 a Three Ball Best Ball Ladies Team Classic 18 hole par event will be held with trophies by Glennie McGrath and Wednesday, July 28, will be an 18 hole stableford event with trophies by Colleen Saul.

A reminder to member that nominations for committee positions and also notices of motion for the Annual General Meeting on Wednesday, August 4, should be in by 2 pm on Tuesday, July 20.
