Mick English wins A Grade golf

On Saturday we played an 18 hole stableford for trophies donated by Bob Rickard. We had 46 players and the winner in ‘A’ grade was Mick English with 37 points, the runner up was Mike Carlin with 34 points. In ‘B’ grade the winner was Billy Maloney with 35 points, the runner up was Jackson Brien with 34 points.

Nearest to the pin winners were on the 1st it was Neville Kelly with 1-20mts, on the 2nd it was Neville Kelly with 6-30mts, on the 10th it was Dick O’Donnell with 3-02mts and on the 12th it was Billy Maloney with 12-10mts.

Balls for ability went to Anthony McGrath, David King, Robert McGrath, Neville Kelly, Anthony Miller, Dick O’Donnell and Blake Miller.

Thursday golf the winner was Graham Hotham with 25 points. Balls went to Doug Collins, G.Williams, Scott Rowlandson, Russell King and Ralph Harrison. Saturday raffle 1st Anthony Miller.

Golf this week will be an 18 hole par for trophies donated by John Fitzpatrick Fencing Contractors. On the 28/6/08 it will be an 18 hole three ball best ball stableford for trophies donated by Adrian Poulten and individual stableford for trophies donated by John and Bonnie Harvey.
