AN 18 hole fourball multiplier stableford for trophies donated by Roger Arrow attracted 60 golfers on Saturday.
The winning team was Dick Foran and John Fitzpatrick with 81 points. The runners-up were John and Tim Crichton with 71.
Balls for ability went to Robbie Armstrong, Kurt Armstrong, Jack Robinson, Barry Stubbs, Darrin McFawn, Jason Fisher, Anthony Miller, Tom McKinnon, Dick O’Donnell and Dennis O’Connell.
Golfers also played an individual stableford for trophies donated by Ian and Elizabeth Mackenzie.
Winner in A grade was Graham Hotham with 40 points and the runner-up was Naryan Rodwell with 39.
In B grade the winner was Tom McKinnon with 38 points the runner-up was Barry Stubbs with 38.
Nearest to the pin winners: On the first, Barry Stubbs with 2.19m; on the seventh Stan Droder with 1.60m; on the 9th Paul Behan with 3.74m; on the 17th Darrin McFawn with 1.90m.
Balls for ability went to Dick Foran, Darin McFawn, Tim Crichton, Dennis O’Connell, Reg Cunynghame, Jason Fisher, John Fitzpatrick and Harold Lyme.
The Thursday golf winner was Kyall Ryan with 29 points. Balls went to John Harvey, Bill Wilcox, Russell King, Doug Collins, Scott Rowlandson, Neville Kelly, Jack Robinson, Peter Dale, Peter Anderson and Ralph Harrison.
The 100 Club winner was Bob Bearup and crew. Second was Robert McGrath.
The Oberon Pennants team had a five and two loss to Lithgow at Lithgow.
