LYN PROWSE took out the Monthly Medal and Red Cross Cup women’s golf events held on August 12. An 18 hole stroke event was also played and all trophies were donated by the club.
All monies made from the Red Cross Event will go to the Red Cross. Lyn will now go on to the next Cup phase in the Blue Mountains.
In First Division the winners were: 1st - Robyn Slattery; 2nd - Joan Graham; 3rd - Katie Graham. Robyn Slattery also won the putting.
In Second Division the winners were 1st - Colleen Saul; 2nd - Wilma Artery; 3rd - Glennie McGrath. Glennie McGrath also won the putting.
In Third Division the winners were 1st - Lyn Prowse; 2nd Joan Sullivan; 3rd - Helen Toohill. Maree Arrow won the putting.
On Wednesday August 26 there will be an 18 hole Stableford Event with trophies donated by the Club
On September 2 there will be an 18 hole stroke event and Monthly Medal with trophies again donated by the club.
