OBERON Golf Club recently held its annual presentation night for men and women golfers.
The Oberon Men’s Golf 18 Hole Par eventr for trophies donated by John Fitzpatrick Fencing Contractor, attracted 42 players on June 19.
The best in A grade was Mike Carlin with +5 from John Hackfath on +3.
B Grade saw Paul Behan take the honours with +5, and John Crichton in second on +3.
Balls for ability went to Bart Fitzpatrick, Rob McGrath, Marty Hotham, Eric Whalan, Dennis O’Connell and Terry Robinson.
Nearest the pin winners were Terry Robinson (1st – 2.85m), John Hackfath (7th – 1.59m), Scott Rowlandson (9th – 1.3m) and Adrian Poulten (17th – 2.62m).
Next week’s golf will be an 18 Hole 3 Ball Best Ball Stableford and Individual events for Adrian Poulten trophies, and happy golfing and keep on swinging.
