AN 18 hole stableford for trophies donated by Col Brett attracted 39 players on Saturday.
The A grade winner was Robert Hayden with 41 points. Runner-up was Jack English with 37 points on a countback.
The B grade winner was Jack Robinson with 42 points and the runner up was Terry Robinson with 41.
Nearest to the pin winners: On the first, Jack English with 5.23m; on the seventh, Kevin McGrath with 6.40m; on the ninth, Wayne Sargent with 1.06m; on the 17th, Neil Whalan with 7.70m. Balls for ability went to Kim Rawlings, Mark Hotham, Ray Ross, Peter Ryan, Kurt Armstrong, Dennis O’Connell and Eric Whalan
The Thursday golf winner was Bill Edwards with 28 points. Balls went to Russell King, Wayne Sargent, Bill Wilcox and Harold Lyme. The 100 Club winner were John and Tim Crichton, Bob Rickard and Ray Ross, second place Vonda Voytilla.
On Monday we played an 18 hole stableford for trophies donated by the club with 18 players. Only one grade was played. The winner was Dennis O’Connell with 38 points on a countback from Brett Crichton who took the runner-up trophy

Golf this week will be an 18 hole stroke for trophies donated by Hamish Anderson, the monthly medals and putting. On May 8 there will be an 18 hole stableford for trophies donated by Bill Wilcox.
