AN 18-hole three-ball-best-ball stableford for trophies donated by Adrian Poulten attracted 56 players on Saturday. The winning team members were Daryll Whalan, Mick Gibbons and Jayden Hudson with 50 points. Runners-up were Doug Collins, Ian Mackenzie and Col Brett with 47 points.
Balls for ability went to Anthony, McGrath, Adrian Poulten, Steve Serong, John Cordony, Mark Clarebrough, Todd Morgan, Joe Moio, Neil Whalan, and Dick Northey
An individual stableford for trophies donated John and Bonnie Harvey was also played. The winner in A grade was Neil Whalan with 39 points. The runner-up was Robert Hayden with 38 points. In B grade the winner was Barry Stubbs with 38 points. The runner-up was Todd Morgan with 37 points.
Nearest to the pin winners: On the 1st, John Wilcox with 1.10m; on the 7th, Reg Cunynghame with 5.02m; on the 9th Peter Darcy with 3.30m; on the 17th, Daryll Whalan with 1.38m.

The Thursday golf winner was Bob Slattery with 28 points. Balls went to Barry Stubbs, Bob Rickard, Jack Robinson, Don Miller, Alan Sharp and Peter Darcy.
