Visitor’s Centre wants to hear about events

18 Jun, 2009 09:48 AM
In preparation for the new look oberonaustralia website, and for general promotion, the wonderful Oberon Visitor Information Centre are asking for details of all local community events, from shows and festivals, competitions, to sporting events, dinners and functions.

The Visitor Information Centre have made available an Event Information Collection Form, which is available on the Oberon Council website, the oberonaustraila.com website, and also in hard copy at the Oberon Council and at the Visitor Information Centre. The form asks for general details about the event, such as dates, entry costs, contact person, and general information about the event.

Photographs can also be submitted with the form for promotion.

The event can then be promoted via the radio, on the internet and also to visitors to the Information Centre.

For more information, contact the Oberon Visitor Information Centre on 6329 8210.
