Oberon’s pathways are being pounded by keen walkers raising funds for Father Chris Riley’s Youth Off The Streets.
The garage sale on Saturday raised $1670 for this wonderful fundraiser, and was a great effort by all the people who donated goods and the army of helpers involved in making the sale so successful.
The 40 day walk is coming to an end, and will conclude next week. All efforts are now turning towards the dance at Black Springs to finish this great fundraiser with a bang. Many talented local musicians and singers will be providing continuous entertainment. The dance kicks off at 7:30pm on Friday October 30 at the Black Springs Hall. See you there!
