OBERON had another successful exhibit at the Country and Regional Living Expo last weekend.
It featured an impressive double stand packed with information on employment, schools, including fantastic creations by Oberon school children entitled “Why I love Oberon,” real estate information, events and tourism and info on the many activities to do in and around Oberon.
This was further bolstered by a popular fossicking demonstration and a display to allow visitors to taste Oberon Produce hydroponic tomatoes and hear owner Horst Sjostedt speak about his red ladies. Locals including school principals, real estate agents, council staff, business owners and residents spoke to visitors keen to hear why they should move to Oberon.
Visitors were given a bright yellow Oberon bag, complete with the special edition of the Oberon Review, as well as brochures on aspects of the area, including The Tablelands Way, as well as free bottles of local Ripple Water.
The Oberon stand attracted huge crowds, especially on the Sunday.
