These two young men had represented Group 10 in 2007 and they were keen to go round again. This team is selected from towns in the Central West including Orange, Bathurst, Mudgee, Cowra, Lithgow and Oberon.

With 50 players the winning pair were Alan Benson and William Wilcox with 45 points on a count-back from the runners up who were Graham Hotham and Dick Foran also with 45 points on a count-back.
